Tillandsia carminea is difficult to obtain.

カルミネアは、入手しずらいチランジアの一つです。
カルミナエとも言います。

The place of origin is Brazil.
I do not have a living Carminea.
産地はブラジル、私もまだ生きた植物を持っていません。

In addition to this Carminea, rare plants are mostly unique species.

The rare Tillandia are grow under special conditions

They grow only on that quay, and only that mountain.

このカルミネアをはじめ、珍しい植物は、たいていが固有種で、さらに、不思議なことに、あの山の、あの岸壁にしか生えていない、というものがほとんどです。

Furthermore, the Brazilian government prohibits wild animals and plants from going abroad.
さらにブラジル政府は野生動植物が国外に出ること禁止しています。

So it is difficult to get Tillandsia carminea.
ですからこの種も大変入手が難しいのです。

But Carminea is very beautiful.
It is Tillandsia worth being traded at a high price.
でもこのカルミネア、高値を出しても余りある、素晴らしいチランジアではないでしょうか？

I made a bid for Carminea for 68,000 yen.
And the bidding Carminea has arrived.

購入し、しばらくしたら届きました。

The state of Carminea that arrived was abnormal.
The Carminea was too light.
What!
It is dead!
What a disaster!

届いた　チランジア　カルミネア持ってみると異常に軽い、ヒエー・・・・枯れているのでは？

Carminea like dry flower arrived.
It was completely different from the explanation of the auction.
出品画像と見比べると明らかに色つやが全然違う・・・・・水をやっても全然復活しない・・・・

Regrettable.....

ヤフオクで高額で落札したのですが、到着した時には干からびて、すでに、お亡くなりになっていました。

It is a completely dead Carminea.
It is a disappointment.

I negotiated with the seller and asked me to refund the price.
Money came back, but disappointment remained.
出品画像とあまりにも違うので、出品者との交渉した結果、返金してもらうことになりましたが、正直非常に残念でした。

Something different from the picture might have been exhibited.

過去120日間の落札履歴を見ると、いずれも高額落札されています。
希少なカルミネアを入手する為に大金を払う人は、私だけでは無い様です。
しかし、写真のものが届くとは限らないようです。
